Healthy Kids International (HKI) is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting students in their personal and educational growth. Our mission is to provide students with the opportunity to benefit from the personal reflections of a well-documented Student Learning Profile (SLP). We believe that by understanding their strengths, interests, and areas for growth, students can thrive academically and personally.
At HKI, we operate under the principles of gratuitousness, where all operating surplus is retained for a scholarship fund. This fund aims to build social capital and enable students to serve others on a global level. By supporting our students’ holistic development, we aim to create compassionate and socially conscious global citizens who will contribute positively to society.
Supporting STREAM Education and Career-Related Experience
HKI is funded by a private Family Office headquartered in Hong Kong, which shares our vision for education and social impact. We are proud to partner with them in supporting STREAM Education (Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and offering Career-Related Experience (CRE) opportunities to students through affordable and sponsored educational travel packages.
We empower students to learn and gain skills outside classrooms through technology-enhanced personalized learning within a learning community, utilizing an Online-to-Offline (O2O) model. We are a part of Educate Magis, an online community that connects educators from Jesuit and Ignatian schools worldwide. Our HKI online platform provides students with access to resources, mentorship, and educational materials. Additionally, our physical presence in Hong Kong and overseas, particularly in EduCity Iskandar, located just 43 miles from Changi Airport, allows for face-to-face interactions and hands-on experiences.
Endowment and Collaboration
Thanks to the generous support of the charitable arms of a private Family Office and Healthy Kids Foundation in Hong Kong, HKI has been endowed with 150 million Hong Kong Dollars. This endowment enables us to further our mission and expand our reach in empowering students.
We also actively collaborate with educational institutions, community organizations, and industry partners to create meaningful opportunities for students. By forging strong partnerships, we can offer a diverse range of experiences and resources to support students’ personal and academic growth.
